沙特標準、計量和質量組織(SASO)于2023年11月17日發布的《電磁兼容性技術法規》于2024年5月17日正式執行。
法規旨在規定設備電磁兼容性的標準要求并確定供應商應遵守的合格評定程序，確保產品符合保護用戶環境、健康和安全的基本要求，并促進市場監督程序。根據合格評定程序，沙特進口商在Saber平臺申請清關證書PCOC和SCOC時，應提供供應商合格聲明和EMC測試報告以證明產品滿足技術法規。
該技術法規適用于附錄Annex I所列的標準定義相關術語的設備（請參考下圖法規原文）：
